Plucking hair only for beauty is unlawful though with the permission of husband and his pleasure. The Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) cursed the women who pluck the hair and who get their hair plucked. (Mishkwat) If there is excess hair on face abnormally which cause ugliness then it is allowed to set it, according to the scholars of Fiqh. A woman can have makeup and beautification within Shariah limits; rather it is a matter of reward if done for seeking the pleasure of husband.
