Mufti saaheb question: reg hujj iam working as a manager and well settled in a cement plant. For hujj this year i want to accompany my mother 67years old, she cant go next year as she is sick. hence this year it is compulsory for me to acompany her for hujj and also perform my hujj My question is i want to take a car loan (one lac) by shownig my existing car from company and go for huj. The company knows that i already having a vehicle and the same iam showing as again purchased and they obsolutely do not feel that it is cheating…this is a open secret for them. This amount is interst free and i will give back the same in 4 months after coming back from hujj. can i take this loan and whether my hujj will be valid. my pf amount 5 lacs is with company which is a sort of guarantee) pl. reply soon regards!

(Fatwa: 1413/1345=B/1430)

It is not good to take interest loan for noble deed like Hajj, perform hajj with pure money. You can take one lakh from the PF deposited with the company in your name or sell any property and perform the hajj. Hajj should be free from interest based transactions, otherwise the hajj will not be accepted.
