My name is mohammed zaheer uddinansari, iam from toronto, canada 1)we have a big masjid in markham (toronto) canada. We pray isha salat behind one imam after that we run 2 taraweeh in two different halls, one in main masjid another one in parallel multi purpose hall. In main masjid traweeh, we complete quran in 27 days & in other hall we complete quran in 10 days. The main purpose was to bring every one to masjid including those who were doing traweeh in jamat in houses and or in other than masjid halls. Can we do it ? 2) few huffaz does not have long enough beard(less than a musht), last year they promised they will not trim after ramadhan but they did. This year they regretted of trimming their beard & promised management they will not do it again. Can they lead the traweeh ? Since traweeh may start tonight we request the rulling urgently, please help.

(Fatwa: 1186/1038=L/1429)
It is allowed to perform tarawih outside mosque if the Isha Salah is performed in mosque with Jamat.
(2) If his beard is to one fist or more than that and he intends not to cut it again and the mosque trustees are satisfied with him then the tarwaih shall not be makrooh behind him, otherwise it will be makrooh.
