Answer

(Fatwa: 818/634=L/1430)

 

Ribqah means noose. This is not a good name, instead you should keep names like Maryam, Ayishah, Hafsah, Juwairiyah, Zainab, Fatimah, Saudah etc.

(2) No, there is no difference.
