a lady was married in 2005 and in 2007 when she was pregnent,her husband divorsed her but that lady did not tell anyone and continue living as wife with him.afer giving birth that baby she went her parent place and then she told her mother about that and refused going with her husband,after some months in a compromise meeting her husband was asked about divorse, he said that he did not divorse rather he said just like that in majak(kidding). so respected ulema tell me plz, that divorse has been completed or not?

In the question mentioned, we cannot have a say until the statements of husband, wife and witnesses are not before us. Hence it is better to take this case to a Local Shariah Panchayat or Darul Qaza and get it solved from there. After taking the statements of each party, they would pass their judgment.
