How do Islamic laws of inheritance dictate how properties should be divided among family members?

Assalaamu Alaikum. My father marhoom has left 2 properties [2 built houses ]measuring 3200 sft and 2500 sft=total 5700 sft.Please guide how to divide this property among MOTHER – 6 SIX SONS – AND [1]ONE DAUGHTER as per SHARIYAT. Thanks

(Fatwa: 734/692=L/1429)

If by mother you mean the wife of the deceased, and none of his parents was alive at the time of his death, then his entire wealth, after paying all rights proceeding inheritance, will be distributed in 104 parts; out of which 13 parts will go to his wife, 14 parts to each son and 7 parts to the daughter.
