Can I pay zakah from my parents’ wealth to my sister’s husband?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
As I understand from the other queries that zakah cannot be given to parents, grand-parents and others as mentioned. My question is that my sister who is married is not doing financially good, rather she, her husband and children are currently staying with us. I pay zakah on behalf of my parent’s wealth. Can I pay that zakah to my sister’s husband considering that money is given by me from my earning but the zakah is of my father/mother account? Can I pay zakah (liable on my wealth) to my sister?

It is not lawful for parents to give their zakah to their children, though you (their son) are paying the zakah of your parents from your own pocket. However, you can give your zakah to your poor brother, sister, bahnoi (husband of your sister), niece (bhatija and bhanja).
