Does laughing in salah affect its validity, even if no one notices?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
When I am praying salah I usually face a problem. I usually get sudden thoughts delivered to make me laugh however I do not laugh but when I try to stop from laughing I feel like the sound level of my tilawat or breath rose due to the procedure of abstaining from laughing. Usually I do not really hear it out myself, for example the sound of breathing out or while reciting in the salah and the sound level rising, usually to an unnoticeable extent. The question is that does salah really get affected by this? It is not regarding the ordinary sound of laughing in the salah and I think that no one can know that I am laughing in the salah.

Answer

(Fatwa: 1500/1172/B=1433)

In silent salah while reciting surah if voice is heard due to laugh then salah shall be null and if the next person hears it then wudhu shall break as well. You will have to offer salah again after making new wudhu.
