I use to travel for my office work to place which is far around two hundred km from my residence. Please advice about how should I perform salah including Jumuah salah procedure or instead of making Qasr, I should go ahead with Qaza salah if I come back on the same day?

If you travel from your office nearly up to the distance of two hundred kiloliters then qasr is necessary on you during the journey. It is not lawful to miss salah. If you intend to stay for less than fifteen days at the place which you are visiting, then on reaching there you will be musafir (traveller) and you would have to do qasr.
