How is Khurbani animal sacrificed according to halal and haram?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
What is the cutting rule of Khurbani animal and how we should cut the Animal like goat sheep cow what is the dua to be performed before cutting and while cutting the animal and how does halal and haram happens to animal while cutting the animal (Sacrifices)?

Answer

(Fatwa: 290/194=L/1430)

In order to slaughter an animal (Qurbani), one should lay down the animal on ground facing Qiblah and recite:

And cut the throat of the animal i.e. the four arteries; first respiratory, second the food passage and two arteries on either sides of respiratory. If three of the arteries are cut then also the animal will be lawful for eating. One should recite the below dua after slaughtering:

(2) If the animal was slaughtered on the above-mentioned way, it will be considered halal and its meat will be lawful. But, if only two arteries were cut, then it will be considered carrion and unlawful to eat. Likewise, if recitation of Bismillah was deliberately left, then also the animal will be haram.
