I m follower of hanfi imam, my question is, I have given the money as karz to my uncle,brother.if they are giving the money after one, Is Zakaat is Farz on that amount which i have given the karz?

The Zakah of an amount given as debt will be paid by the one who credited it, so if the amount given by you to your uncle as debt is equal to nisab or you have other wealth equal to nisab then you have to pay the Zakah of the amount, but you have option whether to pay it already or give its Zakah when you are paid back.
