Is photography of living & non-living things permissible according to all 4 schools of thought?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamu-alaikum, You have an answer regarding photography where it is not permitted. But still now, there are debates about its permissibility. Scholars are divided regarding this issue. Any photograph has at least one or more than one objectives – fun, necessity and/or both. I would like to know what are the latest views of large number of Scholars (based on all 4 schools of thoughts) regarding photography of living and non-living things. Allah Hafiz.

(Fatwa: 543/532=N)

Photography of animals and human being is not allowed without any exigency and pressing need, while photography of things other than living being is allowed. As far as the opinions of Ulama of other schools of thought is concerned, for details see Fiqhi Maqalaat vol 4 (Mufti Taqi Usmani).
