AS SALAAMU ALAIKUM mufti sahab. my question is that while one is in qasr should he offer SUNNAH salaah when he has missed out salaah with JAMAAT or should he just pray i qasr FARZ namaaz even if he has time to offer SUNNAH salaah . please pray for me that all my good wish come true and increase my IMAAN . as salaamu alaikum

Qadha is performed only for fardh and wajib salah, there is no qadha for sunnah. Sunnah salah should be performed within the time; one should not perform their qadha neither separately nor jointly with fardh, but the sunnah of Fajr Salah is exempted from this rule, its two rak?ah sunnah will be performed in qadha with fardh:
وفي الدر المختار: فإنہ إن خاف فوت رکعۃ بترکھا ویقتدي ثم یاتي بھا علی أنھا سنۃ في وقتہ
وفي الشامي: في وقتہ فلاتقضی بعدہ لا تبعاً ولا مقصوداً بخلاف سنۃ الفجر وظاھر البحر الاتفاق علی ذلک (الشامي 2:513)
