Answer

(Fatwa: 1814/1428/1429)

(1) Obligatory salah offered sitting in the seat will not be valid. You should get down from the car, face the Qibla and offer qasr salah (obligatory and witr) if you are musafir and full salah if you are muqim. You should also offer sunnah and nafl when you feel comfortable and relaxed.

(2) There is no wrong to offer salah on ground or on bed etc in the service station.

(3) If such situation happens to you, then you should perform Zuhr salah, it is not correct to perform Juma alone, one should offer Zuhr in such condition.

(4) It is a great deprivation to miss Juma deliberately without any lawful and valid excuse. Also, it is a cause of punishment too.
