Salamualaikum mufti saheb,Please answer the following question: If a husband divorces his wife by pronouncing “Talaq” three times in one sitting then is Talaq is enforced?If yes then How can the husband take his wife back into his nikah.Please specify the procedure. Jazakallah

Three talaqs given in single meeting take place and the wife is divorced with mughallaza baina Talaq, she is no longer halal (lawful) for him without valid halalah. Halala means that she marries any other man after iddah who sleeps with her, and after that he gives her Talaq due to some reason or dies leaving her a widow, then after sitting in iddah period she can marry the first husband.
