Answer

(Fatwa: 1040/923=L/1429)

If drops of urine are coming out continually i.e. you do not find so much time in which you make ablution (wuzu) and perform obligatory salah besides the Sunnah, then you are excused (mazoor) in the eye of Shariah. An excused can make ablution, offer salah and recite the Holy Quran etc as much as he wants from the beginning of a time of salah till its end, his ablution will not be broken on coming drops of urine, albeit if any other thing breaking ablution comes out then the ablution will be broken. It must be clear that this ruling is when drops of urine are continuously coming out and you are unable to find so much time in which you can not perform obligatory salah after making ablution. But if you find so much time in which you can make ablution and offer salah, then you will not be considered excused (mazoor), you will have to wash clothes and perform salah. It would have been better to ask a question by writing the entire situation. It was wrong to stop performing salah. Whatever problems you face, you should continue offering salah and act according to your situation.
