Should I partner with my brother-in-law in his new business in Dubai?

My brotherinlaw is working in bollywood in mumbai as a material supplier on rental basis. now he wants to change his business and start in dubai as a aluminium contractor. he offering me as a partner in his new business. should I work with him or not? because his money earned from bollywood and presntly I am working as mudarris in Tahfeezul Quraan madarsa in Sharjah.

Answer

You should not do business with him in partnership. Yes, if he borrows some money from others and invests it or any other Halal earning in this business then you can work with him in partnership.
