I want to know that how we should settle down the seat of w.c in toilet. is it right to sit facing our backside toward QUIBLA/west in the toilet.

You should fix the seat of Western commode in toilet in a way that when you sit for your nature’s call your face and back is not towards the Qiblah:
عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم – إنما أنا لكم بمنزلة الوالد أعلمكم فإذا أتى أحدكم الغائط فلا يستقبل القبلة ولا يستدبرها الخ ابوداؤد ص 3
Note: The answer is correct, but it is makrooh to install western style commode in toilets.
