In my office area all of the Imam who like to do qiyam and Ya Nabi Salamu Alaika, specially they do not like Tabligh Jamat. I do not like to follow them. Is our salah acceptable behind this Imam? And now I arrange a Jamah in my office with some of my colleagues. Did we do right or wrong?

If the Imams who do Qiyam and salam have shirkiya beliefs then salah is not right behind them, and if they do not have shirkiya beliefs, rather they are involved only in bid’ah and superstitions then by offering salah behind them one can get the reward of jama’ah. You are right to do jama’ah with your colleagues.
