Answer

(Fatwa: 2321/1909=B/1429)

(1) Ya Lateef means: ?O the most Kind!?

(2) You will not recite sana if you join the third rakah of Maghrib. You will recite it when you will stand up after the salam of imam, and then you will recite Surah Fatiha and any other Surah, thus you will accomplish that rakah and will sit in the qadah. In the second rakah also, you will stand and recite Surah Fatihah with a Surah as well, and then you will complete your salah after doing ruku and sajdah.

(3) Yes, the Hadith mentions 73 sects. Shia are also among them. If you want to know the details all the sects and their dogmas, you should study a book named الملل والنحل (Al-Milal Wan-Nihal).
