assalamualikum, mufti sahab, mera sawal yeh hai ki agar mene apni wife se aisa kaha “ki agar tum ne aisa kiya tu tumhe talak hai” to kya sirf ek baar kehne se talak ho jaye ge kya.

This is a conditional Talaq. Talaq will take place if the condition was fulfilled, otherwise not. It means that the wife will be divorced with one revocable Talaq if the condition you declared as the condition of Talaq was fulfilled. If she does not do so, the Talaq will not take place. It is upon you what you mean by ?agar tum ne aisa kiya?.
