Can I take a Hissa in Bakara id for my Bank Loan?

Asslawalekum My Name is Asif Khan from Panipat. I have Bank Loan. So Please tell me I take the Hissa in Bakara id.

Answer

(Fatwa: 1252/1252=M/1429)

By taking loan, one has to give interest to the bank, whereas taking interest is forbidden likewise giving interest without any exigent compulsion is also haram and sin. It is not clear under which circumstances you have taken the loan. However, you can take share in Qurbani.
