Answer

(Fatwa: 1272/966=H-1429)

(1) Did the person, at the time his death, have six boys and a girl? Or did any of the children die before the death of late father?

(2) Besides his children, did the dead leave behind any of his wife, or mother or father or both?

(3) What is right order of the five boys who had died?

(4) Who were the legal heirs of the late person at the time his death?

(5) Then who died? And what are the details of heirs of the late person? You should send your question again by writing these things respectively, then you will replied, in-sha-Allah. You had better get your question written by any Alim.

(6) Reply of the second question is that if the late person was survived by no son, mother or father, brother, uncle, nephew etc but only he was survived by his one wife and only four daughters as inheritors, then ruling for them is that all the wealth of the late person will be divided into 32 shares while 4 shares will be given to his wife and each of the daughters will get 7 shares.
