Assalamualikum-Rehamatullahi-Wabarakatahu. (May Peace,Mercy & Blessings of Allah(swt)be on all Muslims) (Q.1) Can we do Dua through the wasila of Muhammed(SAW).? (Please reply in the light of Quran & Sahih Hadith with references)

Yes, you can do. Adopting the wasilah (mediation) of the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) in dua is not prohibited, while its permission is proved from many verses and ahadith.
