Is smoking cigarettes and tobacco allowed in Islam?

Respected grand mufti assalamaliakum plz provide me the detail ruling of tabbco n cigarratte in islam.

Answer

(Fatwa: 770/539=H/1430)

The tobacco and cigarette harmful for health are unlawful to consume. But, if it is not causing any harm, then using it unnecessarily is merely makrooh, and if needed then allowed but one should pay attention to remove the bad smell.
