My sister got married a year ago. After the marriage only we came to know that, her husband is not following any single Islamic duties to god. He never prays any of the prayers including Jimma & Eid prayers. And he told to my sister that, if she or any one of us talks anything related to islam to him, then he will beat her. He never come inside the masjid. I discussed about this with some people who are related with Thableeq Jamat and they said it might be because of some bad jins. They also referred a pious hazrat to consult, but he is not coming to meet him. Now my question is, whether the nikah with him is valid or not ? If it is valid, please suggest us a good remedy to make him pious muslim. Allah Hafiz.

Due to the above mentioned acts, the person cannot be labelled with kufr. Try to get him on right track. If it is possible, send him for a chilla in jama?at. In-sha-Allah, his condition will improve.
