Assalamu Alaykum Dear Respected Mufti Sahib, Here in the UK, there are many ‘theme parks’ where there are many rides etc. Sometimes, Muslim Brothers/Muslim Sisters or even Muslim families go to these theme parks, especially during the summer to go for fun etc. My question is, is it permissible to go to these theme parks? The obvious thing is that there are men and women there, but here many Muslim families go regardless of the fact that there are both men and wmoen there. I would appreciate it if you could let us all know, so insha’Allah we can all have a clear message and pass it on to others. Jazakallah. Du’as requested. Wassalam

Parks where men and women get together and women visit there unveiled with obscenity and indecency; Muslim women should not go to such parks. If the Muslim women visit such places without mahram it is obviously wrong, but if they go there with mahram then also the mahram may get involved in sin by visiting such places. If any park is not having these evils then one can go to such parks for excursion with ones mahram.
