Is the dua after Eid salah a bid’a or not?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamualaikum I hope that hazrat mufti saheb is well. I have 3 questions: 1-Is the dua after the eid salah a bid’a or not? please forward answer with proof and reference. 2-Some ulama have organised a youth programme on the eve of chrismas so they may stay away from sin.The niyyah is good but is this not tashabbuh. 3-A woman is married to a man who has another wife. While the husband gives her monthly expenses the first wife is deprived of sexual relation because of her staying in another country and he has not come home for 5 or 10 years. Now the first wife wants talaq because she needs desperatly that sexual attention otherwise she will fall prey to zina. Can this marriage be nullify by the local ulama. Jazakallah, wassalam

Answer

(Fatwa: 39/39=M/1429)

(1) It is not bid?ah.

(2) What type of programme was it? What do you mean by tashabbuh?

(3) The first wife can present her case in local Sharai Panchayat or nearer Darul Qaza. From there, you can expect an Islamic ruling.
