Can a married woman work in gov’t & follow Shari’a?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Asalamualakum.sir i want to ask that to apply wax on the body part (like hands, legs)for removing the hair.is permissible according to shriya or not. 2) my second question is that my hubby is already in the job. but i also got the job in the gov. sector. But i do all things within the limit like not to talk to men, always keep on putting vail at the time of job. so is it right to do the job of women according to shriya. and what are the limitations in which we should pass our life living in the job.

Answer

(Fatwa: 1317/1058=L=1430)

It is allowable to apply wax in order to remove hair, but if it is forms layers and prevents water to reach to the skin, it must be removed before performing wudhu.

(2) In itself earning is not prohibited for a woman, but she has to observe the Shariah rulings e.g. she should not have mixing with men, should not talk to men without severe need, observe full hijab with covering face, etc. If you work with these conditions, you are allowed for the same.
