Assalamu alaikum, Refering to the fatwa id:12432, you had send a mail to brief what is hypnotism / hypnosis. Hypnotism is done by psychatrist where they make us go into unconscious mind or state and ask us the things which happened in the past. They try to erase the problems faced by us in the past. For egs: One kind is there are people who doesn’t know wat is the problem and solution, they try to do hynotism. In our case we had been ill-treated by our uncles, to remove this from our mind our father is asking to do hypnotism. Is it allowed? For your infos we are perfectly alhamdhulillah alright. It is lawful to adopt the treatment of hypnotism if needed.
