There is a provision of using blood in a state of emergency in order to save a life. And, in this situation when taking blood is allowed then donating will also be allowed:
لان الشیئ اذا ثبت ثبت بجمیع لوازمہ (منتخبات نظام الفتاوی، ج 1، ص 375، وجواھر الفقہ ج 2، ص 37، 38)
But it will not be allowed to sell it.
