Asalaamvalaikum, Can I wear cotton pants and it’s so loose that you can’t figure out the shape of the body and over that i wear kurta upto knees. and i also wear hizaab?

Answer

(Fatwa: 954/717=H/1430)

It is prohibited to wear such a pant though it is loose. However, it right to wear kurta meant for women and worn by pious women, also it is good to observe hijab.
