Is the name “Muhammadhaleem” permissible to keep, or should it be changed?

Assalamualaikum Q-A PERSONS NAME IS MUHAMMADHALEEM IS THE NAME PERMISSIBLE TO KEEP?OR SHOULD IT BE CHANGED? Q2-I HEARD THAT THE MEANING OF THE NAME UWAIS IS WOLF (BHERYA)IS THIS TRUE? AND SHOULD THE NAME BE CHANGED? Q3-WHAT DOES THE NAME WAQQAS MEAN?IS IT OK TO KEEP THE NAME WAQQAS?

Answer

(Fatwa: 193/193=M/1429)

(1) Muhammad Haleem is correct name, but Abdul Haleem is better.

(2) It is right that Uwais means: wolf. There was a famous Tabi?ee with the same name; therefore keeping the name as Uwais is correct.

(3) Waqqas means: net to prey birds, this name is also correct.
