What should a husband do if he said “talaq” to his wife after an argument, but she asked for food mistakenly?

Asalam u Alikum wr wb, whenever me and my wife has arguments she stop asking me for my needs like food and other stuff. last week i got very upset and said to her if she will ask me for food then one talaq to her. Now today she has asked me for food mistakenly. Can you please advise me what to do next and what is the solution of it. we have 2 daughters togather. eldest one is 3 years and youngest one is 1 year. Please reply urgently. i’ll appreciate your response ASAP. Jazak ALLAH ho Khair Please do not mention my name in Fatwa of you do post it.

(Fatwa: 2221/1497/H=1431)

One talaq took place on asking for food (according to the condition). Now the ruling is that you can take her back in your nikah before the iddah period is over, provided you have given no talaq before or after this conditional talaq. If you have given any talaq, give its detail and submit the question again. And if the iddah was over and you did not take her back in your nikah, then in the case of one talaq you can perform new nikah with the consent of your divorced wife. This is mentioned in Fatawa Shami and Fatawa Al-Hindiyah etc.
