Should a bank worker quit if they can’t find a job or start a business due to age?

Assalam Alaikum, My question is, if a person working in a bank, has reached an age whereby it is difficult to find a job in different sector, or start his own business, should he quit his job? This may lead to financial difficulties in supporting his family. Jazak Allah

(Fatwa: 1179/152=B/1429)

If a person is sure of the punishment of Jahannam due to consuming haram wealth then he will surely make arrangements of lawful business out of fear of Allah and fear of punishment in Hell. First, you should arrange a personal business and then leave the bank job. Allah will help you.
