Can I work in a real estate firm that buys/sells properties and provides returns?

Assalamualikum,Mufti Saheb, I have got a job (Executive) in a real estate company. Can you please tell me is it allowed for me. The company buys and sells properties and also provide returns to investors who invest in company’s projects. Khuda Hafiz
