Is there a hadith saying on Eid-e-Milad?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Are there any hadith sayings on Eid-e-Milad? I am confused are these words authentic or not? Please help me. (1) Khulfa-e-Rashideen Hadhrat Abu Bakar Siddique (RA) has said whosoever spends even as little as 1 dirham (pence) in Milad Sharif will be with me in paradise? (2) Hadhrat Umar Farooque (RA) has said whoever respects the Milad Sharif has given life to Islam? (3) Hadhrat Usman Ghani (RA) has said whoever spends as little as 1 dirham (pence) is like that person was amongst those who fought in the battle of Badr and Hunain? (4) Hadhrat Ali (RA) has said whosoever respects the Milad Sharif and tries to preach will leave the world with faith and will enter paradise without questions?

The sayings which you quoted and attributed to the four Caliphs we could not find them. Write the name of book and page no. and complete reference or ask the reference from those whom you have heard, then we would say something about the status of its authenticity or inaccuracy. There is no importance of Eid Milad al-Nabi. We do not find any ceremony with this name or on the day of 12 Rabi al-Awwal in the age of Sahaba, Tabiyeen (رضى الله عنهم) and Tab’e-tabieen (رحمهم الله). Had it been significant in Shariah the said pious personalities who loved the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) more than all the human beings they would have performed it. Rather such types of programmes resemble the X-Mas Day of the Christians, hence it should be avoided.
