Is inaction based on Quraan and Hadith justified by Ulema?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Krishan Lal and Dr Saroop jee acted upon their dreams in which they saw Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho alehe wa aaleyhi wa sallam. They left Hinduism and became Muslim despite all odds they had to face. Noor ud in Zangi, Tariq bin Ziaad had acted on what Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho alehe wa aaleyhi wa sallam said to them in their dreams.See what would have been the result if they had not acted upon? There are numerous examples which can be cited in this regards yet some Ulema preach inaction on the sayings of Prophet Muhammad Sallallah alihe wa aaleyhi wa sallam ? Are those Ulema right? Please Qoute Quraan and Hadith Only.

It is very blessed for one to see the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) in dream, but his saying in dream will be considered neither hadith nor necessarily applicable.
