Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I born in India live in london since 45 years. I visit my birth place to see my relatives.what type of Namaz I have to pray from the day one qasr or full? What type of namaz I will have to offer if I travel under 48 miles from next day of my arrival to my watan? you can ignore my question Id 3179 which asked yesterday.

Answer

(Fatwa: 190/191=L)

If you did not leave your birthplace but own some property there and you stay in London with your family then both the places are like watan asli for you. Therefore, whenever you will visit your native place you will be muqeem and will perform full salah. From your ancestral place, if you make a journey of less than 48 miles then also you will perform full salah.

But, if you have left your birthplace at all and do not have any property there then you will shorten your salah (qasr) in case you intend to stay less than 15 days, or if you intend to stay more than 15 days but you will be visiting other places meantime then also you will do qasr. Yes, if you intend a stay of 15 days or more at one place then you will perform full salah and in this case if you travel to a distance less than 48 miles you will pray full salah: و یبطل وطن الاقامۃ بمثلہ وبالوطن الأصلی وبانشاء السفر [الدر المختار مع الشامی: 2/614]
