Am I correct to lead prayer to prevent influence of ghair-muqallid guy?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am from Auranagabd(Maharashtra) and doing job in pune which is aproxx. 250 km from Aurangabad.I go to my native place either after 8 days or 15 days or even 21 days. I lead the zuhar jamaat in our office(pune) and offer 4 rakat farz and all sunnat-e-mokkedah. If i m not leading the zuhar and asar prayer then another person will lead the prayers who is ghair-muqallid . We are 8-10 people who offer namaaz there , others all are clean shaven except me and the one i mentioned above . I lead the prayer thinking that this ghair-muqallid guy could influence the remaining people as per his school of thought . Am I correct , if not what should i do?

If you go to your native place Aurangabad on 8th or 15th day then your iqamah period in the place of your employment was not 15 complete days, so you shall remain musafir and you would lead the four-rakah salah as two rakah. If you lead four rakah, the fardh of the muqtadis will not be complete. You should go your home on 21st day so that there must not occur such mistake. The Ghair Muqallid person should not be given the chance of Imamah.
