It is sheer superstition to consider it magic and evil spirit, discard these thoughts from your mind. Sometimes, troubles come as a cause of blessing form Allah Almighty. It is mentioned in the Holy Quran:

عسى ان تكرهوا شيئا وهو خير لكم وعسي ان تحبوا شيئا وهو شر لكم (سورة البقرۃ)

It could be that you dislike something, when it is good for you; and it could be that you like something when it is bad for you. Allah knows, and you do not know. (Surah Baqrah 2:216)

All family members should punctually recite the Holy Quran and durood. Every mature member of the family should recite durood shareef at least five hundred times, also should recite Surah Quraish thrice after every obligatory salah with durood thrice before and after and should offer two rakah naflSalahtul Hajah’ daily and pray to Allah Almighty for well-being of the family. If anyone’s right is violated it must be fulfilled.

All the family members should read and hear the books: Bahishti Zewar, Jazaul Aamal and Fazail Aamal. One should not be disappointed form life as every one’s death is at appointed time. However, it is desirable to remember death and preparation for the same. For this, it is very useful to read the book “Maut ki Yad”. It is one of the nest virtue to surrender before the fate destined by Allah and as well as to render thanks to Allah for His countless bounties and beneficences.
