As per Indian Law we need insurance of vehicle compulsory. Now the question is that can we take benefits of insurance i.e. in case of accident insurance company make payments of damage area and refund a amount if vehicle is stolen.

When the insurance of vehicles is compulsory as per Indian Law then you can avail insurance, but in case of accident if you get compensation then you should only receive as much compensation as much you have paid in your premium. You are not allowed to use the extra amount.
