ASAK. Main yeh poochna chahta hoon ke “agar ek ladka ladki ek doosre ko pasand karte hain aur ek doosre se yeh kehden ke main apne dil se tumhe biwi manta hoon ya ladki kehde ke main tumhe shauhar maanti hoon” aur “agar phone mien bhi ye iqraar ho ke main allah aur uske farishton ko gawah bana kar main tumse nikah karta hoon aur ladki ya ladkha yeh kehde mujhe qubool hai teen martaba, kahen” to kya nikah hojata hai. Badi saqt zaroorat thi, allah jaza-e-qair de agar mujhe jald-az-jald jawab miljaye. Aise haalat yahan par bahut ho rahe hain. Bahut hi mehebaani hogi. Asak. Jazakallah!

The Hadith says: ?Nikah does no take place without witnesses.? So, if a boy and girl accept one another as husband and wife, the nikah will not take place between them, rather it is necessary to make proposal of nikah and accept it accordingly in the presence of valid witnesses. The nikah cannot take place on phones too. It is unlawful to perform nikah declaring Allah and the angels as witnesses, it must be avoided.
