Can we perform Qurbani in the name of a 16-month-old child?

Asalam valaikum, Can we do qurbani in my daughter’s name; she is 16 months old and we have done her aqiqa. Also can we do qurbani in my father-in-law’s name who has died 2 years back. Allah hafiz.

Yes, you can perform Qurbani for your daughter and father in law.
