Assalamualaikum, Is it necessary to be in Wudhu whilst slaughtering an animal?Can some one who is Maazur(urinary problem)slaughter animals?Can he lead the prayers if there is no one else who can lead the prayers properly? Wassalam.

(1) It is not necessary.
(2) Yes, he can do it.
(3) He cannot become Imam if he is excused as per Shariah.

Yes, if the Imam and muqtadi all are excused as per the Shariah, then he can do imamah. (ibid) The definition of Shariah excused is written in Bahishti Zewar, it should be studied thoroughly.
