Please clarify taraveeh 20 rakats, wearing caps or covering heads / shaking finger in tashahhad and the one conducts prayer who does not have beard.

(Fatwa: 624/H=132/TH)
(1) 20 rakat Taraveeh Salah is Sunnat-e-Muakkadah.
(2) Wearing cap is sunnah. It is undesirable to be bareheaded and it is strongly disliked to be habitual of praying salah bareheaded.
(3) It is sunnah to raise the index finger while reciting shahadah in tashahhud.
(4) A person shaving beard or trimming it below one fist is fasiq (sinful) and it is makrooh tahreemi (undesirable to an extent of haram) for him to lead prayer.
