Can a person nominate their entire property to anyone other than their children?

Can a person nominate his or her total property to anyone instead of his or her children? If yes, how the nominee will get the part of the property after his or her death?

Answer

(Fatwa: 767/767/M=1433)

A person can make a will of his one third property for non-heirs:
وتجوز بالثلث للأجنبي عند عد م المانع ( درمختار 10 / 339 ط زكريا)
