Do I need to take a bath or just remove the dress?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
After wearing a dress if I discover najasat in that cloth which has already been dried , then will I have to either take a bath (faraj) to purify myself or do nothing but simply remove that dress from my body. Actually what will I have to do ?

In the case mentioned above, you are not required to have ghusl due to wearing impure cloth. You have only to take out the cloth and wash the area smeared by the impurity. But, you will have to wash the body part as well if the impurity was wet and touched the body.
