Is it halal or haram to pay a dallal to book tickets on behalf of customers?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am an IRCTC( rail booking) Agent. Now all over India all the agents are blocked to book tickets from 8am to 9pm and when we start booking at 9am all the tickets are sold out and I an unable to earn and loosing my customers.Question (1) Can I book the tickets from a dallal by paying some fixed amount on top of the ticket fare and charge my customer what amount is fixed with him.( as dallal pay Rs 10/- inside the counter to book the tickets which is a bribe)As we all know it is practiced by all the agents either muslims or non muslims and I know lot of good followers of Islam who do it. Is it hallal or haram. I have more questions I will ask later. if not understood Please provide me Phone Number I will call.

It is not allowable to book tickets from inside the counter through dalal (agent). It is usurping the rights of those who are in queue at the window. Also, it is haram to give bribe for it.
