Why all of 124,000 messengers sent by God were men. Why not a single woman never assigned a duty to forward the envelop of God?

This is the requirement of this high post of prophet-hood and her modesty and chastity is more protected without it. There are many other reasons which are hidden from common people, and Allah knows the ghaib.
